Keller Webster — President

Keller Webster has been a leader in the construction industry for nearly 4 decades, and is responsible for having completed over 165 multi-family housing projects across the US representing an excess of 25,000 units. Since 2004, he has served as president and partner of KWA Construction, focused on providing the finest general construction services for multi-family residential buildings in Texas.

His leadership within the construction industry has lead to honors that include the appointment as a Life Director of Dallas Home and Apartment Builders, a Life Director of the Texas Association of Builders and winning the 2004 TAB “Multi-family Builder of the Year” award. He also continues to serve on the Board of Directors for the Dallas Home and Apartment Builders and has been named President of the Dallas Multi-Family Builders Council three times.

However, it isn’t the awards and accolades that bring meaning to Mr. Webster’s job; it is the enduring relationships he has grown with both his company employees and clients throughout the years. These relationships have built strong bonds for all his business dealings.

Justin Bailey — Vice President Estimating

Justin Bailey has been an integral part of the KWA Construction team since September 2004. As Vice President of Estimating, Mr. Bailey is in charge of preconstruction coordination and cost analysis with both the owners and design professionals of the multi-family projects that KWA constructs. His responsibilities include developing conceptual and final estimates, working with the owners and design professionals to resolve technical concerns, coordinating and managing the bid process, final job cost analysis, and developing preliminary cost models for development budgets. Mr. Bailey has also led a variety of high profile projects including; The Sullivan, The Vallera, Buzz Condominiums and The Haven. These boutique condominium projects have ranged in size from 30 to 49 units.

Prior to joining KWA, Mr. Bailey worked at Spring Valley Construction Company as an Estimator for multi-family and commercial projects with responsibilities including; interfacing with owners and design professionals to develop conceptual estimates, conducting cost analysis, preparing bid packages, estimating, final job cost analysis and developing preliminary cost models for development budgets. Prior to being an Estimator, he worked in the field as an Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent on projects throughout the State of Texas and Arkansas.
