The Sullivan

Nestled in northern Oak Lawn, The Sullivan on Gilbert is a fusion of modernity and tradition. Its unique combination of brick, steel and stucco is reminiscent of Frank Lloyd Wright.
Interior features include a galleria for the 2nd and 3rd stories that creates a series of light wells that bathe the corridors with natural light. Luxurious suite finishes include, marble baths, bamboo and hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, museum lighting, soaking tubs, and generous balconies. The interior design features clean open spaces that allow the owner the flexibility to create their own environment.
Building details include Acoust! Mat cellular sound insulation system coupled with 18-inch engineered trusses; ¾ inch plywood and a cementaceous layer for superior sound attenuation. All homes were engineered with 1-hour fire walls placed in all common walls and sprinkler systems. Homes boast 9’ and 12‘ ceilings for an open airy feel. All living areas are beautifully lit with halogen track lighting and pendant lighting above each kitchen island. Insulated with High R Insulation, Low E-double glazed windows and sliding glass doors, solid core stainless sheathed entry doors; The Sullivan was built with energy savings in mind.
The Sullivan was developed by Foresite Development Ltd., an active and successful participant in developing downtown Dallas real estate since 1998. Foresite is one of Dallas’s leading urban residential developers, and has played a large part in revitalizing inner-city neighborhoods.
With extensive experience in condominium sales, project management, sales center design, product development and residential marketing Al Coker & Associates produced the marketing for The Sullivan. To date they have directed the marketing and sale of over $800M in luxury condominiums for major developments in Dallas, Miami, New York, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle and Toronto.
