Vallera

Located in the Northern Oak Lawn area of Dallas, The Vallera was KWA Construction’s second project with Foresite Development, Ltd. Residents here enjoy bright open spaces and sun-drenched balconies in their Tuscan style condominiums.
This urban infill site posed particular challenges related to safety, site accessibility, and material staging. As with all of our projects, KWA Construction takes pride in our continuous attention to these details. Even the seemingly simple act of maintaining a clean jobsite can contribute to the fundamental success of a project, as was the case for The Vallera. Our experience with these exacting obstacles ultimately led to an early completion of the project, while still maintaining our exceptional safety record.
