Solution Management

KWA excels in environments requiring enhanced clarification and definition to effectively coordinate the building process. Throughout the process of preparing each of our estimates, KWA conducts an extensive plan and document review. Given the complexity and crucial completion date of your project, this process is especially critical.

Following our review, KWA will coordinate a meeting (or meetings) between the owner, architect, and other applicable consultants in order to achieve the following objectives:

  • Address specific concerns that we have identified with our review of the documents that have been provided.
  • Discuss the proper sequencing of the project in order to meet owner turnover, while preserving construction efficiencies.
  • Identify any additional issues that may require the development team’s attention in order to avoid delays and budget issues.
  • Ensure the interests of all parties involved with your project are perfectly aligned.

Once construction commences, KWA will continue to work proactively to minimize potential disruptions or cost increases by using a variety of methods that include:

  • Applying the KWA “three solution” problem solving approach, requiring KWA personnel to offer at least three solutions to any problem the project may encounter, at least one of which will be a zero cost solution.
  • Continued review and monitoring of the construction documents and submittal process.
  • Use of a collaborative field management software that improves quality, reduces errors, and maximizes production in the field.
