KWA Construction believes that subcontractors are the driving force behind our success, and ultimately the success of our clients. We are continually looking for subcontractors who are committed to integrity, excellence and delivering a quality product.
If you are interested in becoming a subcontractor or vendor for KWA Construction, please send an email with a list of your relevant multifamily experience to bids@kwaconstruction.com.
The list should include the following information for each project listed:
- Project name and location of project, including city and state
- Name of the General Contractor or Developer/Builder that you worked under
- Number of apartment units
- Approximate subcontract or PO value
Our estimating team will review your experience and reach out to you with any questions we have before adding you to our bid list. Subcontractors added to the KWA list will be asked to provide certain qualification information. Information regarding our qualification process can be found on the informational sheet linked below.
