Construction Begins at The Reserve at McAlister in Fort Worth

Construction has started at The Reserve at McAlister, a 124-unit upscale senior living apartment community in far south Fort Worth near Burleson. Ohio-based real estate developers Miller-Valentine Group selected KWA Construction to build the 107,000-square foot, which was designed by Kelly Grossman Architects. The Reserve at McAlister is expected to open in late Summer 2015.

“Project kick offs are always exciting, but this one is particularly so. Not only is it going to be a beautiful community, it’s also the start of a new relationship for our firm,” said Brian Webster, Vice President at KWA Construction.

The Reserve at McAlister is KWA Construction’s first project for Miller-Valentine Group, which has residential, healthcare and commercial developments throughout the Midwest, Southeast and Southwest regions of the country. KWA Construction specializes in multi-family construction projects in Texas, including senior living, urban infill, student housing and owner-occupied condominiums and townhomes.

Located at 432 Archbury Road, between Hemphill Street and Interstate 35W, the one- and two-bedroom apartment community will feature a fitness, media and business centers, as well as a large multi-purpose community room with a kitchen and dining area. Additionally, the community grounds will include a swimming pool and outdoor picnic area.
