With the topping out of the second phase of the Nehemiah Company development, Arlington Commons has been featured in Dallas Business Journal‘s Crane Watch update. This second phase, called The Truman, will have 358 units and will be completed by August 2021. Located in Arlington, Texas, this phase will feature units ranging from studios to three bedrooms and range in size from 598 square feet to 1,715 square feet.
