Hunt Cos. has broken ground on Caroline Eastside Apartments, a 384-unit multifamily project in Richardson, Texas that will benefit from HUD funding as well as financing from Walker & Dunlop. With KWA Construction serving as general contractor, the community is expected to come online in early 2025.
