KWA Construction’s Vice President of Estimating Justin Bailey was named one of The Dallas Business Journal’s 2014 40 Under 40 Business Executives. The recognition comes in Bailey’s 39th birthday year and 17th career year in the multifamily, commercial and healthcare construction industries. The Dallas Business Journal will formally recognize Bailey at a special honoree reception on May 29, 2014 at Community Beer Company.

Described by one of his clients as “simply a great human,” Bailey is responsible for working with KWA clients to evaluate their construction projects, identify areas of concern and determine cost-effective solutions. Bailey has been with KWA since its inception in 2004.
In addition to being a well-respected construction executive, Bailey supports local, regional and national non-profit foundations through generous time and monetary donations. Bailey also participates in various industry groups, including the Dallas Builders Association, Texas Association of Builders Young Professionals Council and Green Built Texas.
