KWA Construction Completes Garland’s Firewheel Senior Living Residences

Seneca Investments’ luxury senior living facility will offer high-end amenities throughout.

KWA Construction, a leading general contractor specializing in multi-family developments, has wrapped construction on Firewheel Senior Living Residences, a 154-unit, 171,572 square foot upscale senior living community near Garland’s sprawling Firewheel Golf Course. KWA Construction was selected by Seneca Investments to build the luxury senior living project catering to Texas seniors seeking top-tier amenities.

Located at 5151 N. President George Bush Highway, the four-story complex offers stainless steel appliances, modern LED lighting, wood cabinets, granite counters and brushed nickel or chrome fixtures in its one- or two-bedroom apartments.

Residents also have access to an oversized ballroom with a kitchen, buffet station and private dining area, as well as comfort lounges and various seating areas throughout the building. Outdoor amenities include a resort pool, two courtyards, multiple grilling stations and a spacious dog park with a fountain.
