Rise on Spring Cypress, a luxury residential community nestled in the cool wooded environment of Spring, Texas, is open for its first residents. Dallas-based KWA Construction, a leading general contractor specializing in multifamily developments, was hired by developer Seneca Investments to build the 288-unit project.
Designed by NTS Architects and Planners, Rise on Spring Cypress was constructed with green and sustainable practices, such as its use of regionally sourced building materials and the adornment of native planting. The fully insulated property also uses low flow plumbing fixtures, low-E windows and energy-efficient lights and appliances in order to conserve energy. To effectively utilize the entire project site, KWA’s construction plans included raising the level of the site and repurposing it into a beautifully landscaped area, consisting of a lake surrounded by a jogging trail.
The complex features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments built with a strong focus on upscale finishes and amenities, including a gourmet outdoor kitchen and barbeque area that overlooks the lake. The community’s clubhouse contains a business center equipped with computers and printing services, a package receiving station and a fitness center. Additionally, a sparkling, resort-style infinity pool overlooks a courtyard and dog park for families and pet owners. On-site management is available to residents, as well as 24-hour emergency maintenance.
Located at 7315 Spring Cypress Road, the complex provides easy access to major Houston highways including the FM249 Tomball Parkway, Beltway 8, Grand Parkway, Interstate 45, as well as the highly acclaimed Klein ISD. The 11.2-acre property also satisfies housing demands in the area, as it is located near the Exxon headquarters which employs more than 5,000 people.
