KWA Construction’s project Arlington Commons has been awarded Dallas Business Journal’s Suburban Multifamily Deal of 2015. As the largest multifamily redevelopment in Arlington’s history with a $200 million price tag, it’s no secret that Arlington Commons has beaten out its competitors to become a DBJ best real estate deal in North Texas.
Located at 425 E. Lamar Boulevard near Globe Life Park, the multifamily project will occupy more than 22 acres and consist of a four-story, 353-unit apartment complex. Phase one construction is expected to finish by the end of 2017.
