Construction has started on the new 227-unit Highpoint on South Main apartments near Fort Worth’s Near Southside neighborhood. Bisnow featured the project in the Deal Sheet. Developer Seneca Investment Co, architect N.T.S. Architects and Planners, along with KWA Construction are all working together to preserve and incorporate the site of the historic Coca-Cola Building into a six-story project.
